There are so many layers to being here. Here in this life, here on this planet, here in this body.
I love words so much and yet sometimes they fail me. Sometimes they aren’t good enough.
And at times they really feel like… I don’t have the depth to comprehend them. So do I really even know what I am saying?
When I say, “I love you”, do I know what I am saying?
When I say “I am here for you,” do I know what I am saying?
Love is a feeling, it is a verb, it is a noun, it is an essence, it is a blessing, it is a desire, it is a birthright, it is a chore, it is a burden, it can be so many things.
Here is a place, it is a moment, it is a feeling, it is a sensation, it is a point, it is an offering, it is a joy, it is a pain, it is a sacrifice, it can be so many things.
So this reminds me that words are used to describe feelings, experiences, essences, energies. Words are what we use to bring our insides outside as much as we use them to identify the outside world.
I love words so much. I just sometimes wonder what they mean and if I really know what I am saying when I use them.
Words. Here. Love. Feelings. Inside. Outside.
May the words surrender to the heart. Then maybe I don’t have to really knowwww what I am saying because I can feel what I am saying and what they carry. My heart, slowly, on the pages. And in exchange.
Love here.
